What I love about my job is knowing that what I am teaching these kiddos is something they will use for the rest of their lives. Whether it be teaching them to ask for a toy or how to wash their hands, getting to play such a direct role in the process is incredibly rewarding for me. I truly cannot think of a more rewarding feeling.

Hi!
I’ve been an RBT for 3 years. I’ve worked with age ranges 2-25 within different environments of home, school, and clinic. I am passionate about making learning fun and finding new creative ways to learn within their everyday life. There isn’t a session where I’m not dancing or singing with one of my clients.
I spend my spare time studying, playing with my dog, or helping with my nonprofit organization called Indiana Miss Amazing, where Girls and women with disabilities gain social skills such as interviewing and on-stage questions.
My favorite children’s book: Wonder
My favorite children’s movie: Inside Out
A fun fact about me: I have danced for 20 years, ever since I was 3
What I love about my job is I love being able to celebrate the little things and watching a kid's faces light up when they reach a goal we have been working on. No matter how hard the day is, there is always something to be proud of!

I love getting to see the small, everyday wins that can be otherwise taken for granted, but that are truly life changing for the families.
My younger brother was diagnosed with autism when he was a teenager, which led me to majoring in SPED in college. After working in a school upon graduating and starting my teaching career, I realized how much 1:1 intervention and/or early intervention could help so many of the students, so I transitioned to ABA from there.
I’m 37 years old and I live near the Indy/Carmel line with my boyfriend, Ryan, and our cat (Penny) and dog (Dakota). Those two fur babies have a deep love/hate relationship with each other, which means there’s never a dull (or quiet) moment in our house! I’m originally from Wabash, IN, where my parents and two siblings (a brother and a sister) currently reside. I went to Ball State University for both my undergrad and graduate degrees…chirp chirp!
I like to spend my spare time working out, hiking, reading, and spending time with my friends, family, and our pets!

Director of Clinical Operations, BCBA
I'm 27 (for now), an Aquarius, an avid reader, and a mom to the coolest little toddler around! My daughter and my husband are basically my whole life outside of being a BCBA, and I wouldn't want it any other way. We have 3 cats and live out in Arcadia, IN. I love living in the country and being able to see a blue sky above and greenery all around at all times.
I shadowed an occupational therapist at an ABA clinic when I was a sophomore in college and fell in love with ABA on the spot! I continued shadowing RBTs at various clinic locations and decided that this was the field I wanted to be in. Every day I am presented with new challenges, new opportunities to grow, and new ways to better myself and expand my abilities. I love creative problem solving and making an impact, no matter how small. Being a BCBA allows me to help families and kiddos gain meaningful skills and open new doors in their own lives.
There are so many things I love about my Job! Meeting amazing families and getting to work alongside them to meet goals for their children. Getting to know so many fantastic kiddos, discover their interests and passions, and help them achieve goals that will increase their quality of life for years to come. Last but not least, getting to coach, mentor, and bond with so many compassionate and talented RBTs. RBTs are the backbone of ABA and I am so fortunate to have crossed paths with and had my life impacted by numerous awesome RBTs over the past 5 years.
On my spare time I enjoy reading on my Kindle, soaking up the sun, spending quality time with my daughter and husband, and hanging out with my besties

Director of Staff Development, BCBA
I always knew I wanted to work with children. When I discovered ABA, I realized this was the field I wanted to pursue. It's a science-based approach that creates meaningful changes in children's lives and can be applied to all humans, not just our specific clients.
I love working with the kids. I love the problem-solving around making meaningful changes for each individual. thinking about functions of behavior and why people do what they do. Humans are fascinating
In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my husband, playing video games, art, and napping.
