    No Wait List

Most In-home ABA Therapy ABA providers have months-long wait lists and only offer clinic appointments. We're different. Magical Moments ABA delivers compassionate, in-home therapy starting within 2-3 weeks. No wait list. We handle all insurance paperwork.

Why In-home ABA Therapy Families Choose Magical Moments

Searching for ABA therapy in In-home ABA Therapy? Many families come to us looking for support with challenging behaviors, guidance they can trust, and help navigating the process without feeling like they're doing it all alone.

At Magical Moments ABA, we walk with you through every step from understanding your insurance benefits to coordinating approvals so your child can begin high-quality, naturalistic ABA therapy without long waitlists or confusing steps.

    Home, School, Clinic & Community

Therapy happens where your child actually lives and learns - morning routines at home, lunch period at their school, weekend visits to Eagle Creek Park. Skills learned in real life actually stick.

    Start Within 2-3 Weeks

We're accepting new families now with therapy typically starting within 2-3 weeks.

    We Handle Insurance Completely

Our team manages all verification, prior authorization, and coordination with Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, BCBS, and Indiana Medicaid. You focus on your child.

    Meaningful Goals, Measurable Results

We focus on skills that improve daily life - like asking for help instead of melting down, playing with siblings without constant conflict, or getting ready for school independently. Progress is tracked with data and visible in moments that matter.

    Naturalistic, Joyful Learning

Teaching happens through play and daily routines your child enjoys. Your child learns to take turns while playing board games, request snacks during meals, and follow routines during actual morning chaos.

    Family Partnership Built In

Parent coaching is woven into every session. You learn strategies to use when therapists aren't there, building confidence to support progress all day long.

    Our Approach to ABA Therapy

Some families worry that ABA means rigid drills or therapy that doesn't feel natural. That's not our approach.

At Magical Moments ABA, learning happens through play, connection, and everyday routines your child already enjoys. We focus on real-life skills that matter to your family, not endless table work or checkboxes.

We believe ABA therapy should feel natural and enjoyable for your child. Our play-based, naturalistic ABA approach builds real-life skills through everyday routines, familiar activities, and meaningful family moments. We focus on helping your child grow in ways that matter to your family, not just on a data sheet.

What Naturalistic Teaching Actually Looks Like

We design learning around what motivates your child. If they love dinosaurs, we use dinosaur toys to teach counting or communication. If they are interested in the kitchen, we build skills like requesting, turn taking, and independence while helping prepare a snack. When they want to go outside, we practice communication and following directions during that natural transition.

Because learning happens during activities your child already enjoys, skills make sense, stick longer, and show up more often in real life. Our approach focuses on teaching in the same environments where your child will use these skills at home, at school, and in the community. This helps close the gap between therapy skills and everyday skills and supports your child in making meaningful progress across their day.

Every program is supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and personalized to your child's strengths and your family's priorities.

What In-home ABA Therapy Families Say

Like the In-home ABA Therapy mom who told us her son asked for a hug for the first time after 8 weeks of therapy. Or the Carmel dad whose daughter finally played with her brother without constant conflict. These aren't just skills on a data sheet - these are the magical moments that change families.

We have had such a wonderful experience the past 7 months with Magical Moments ABA. They truly go above and beyond in every way. The entire team is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating to our family’s needs. Most importantly, we have seen real, meaningful progress in our daughter, Aspen. Watching her grow and succeed with their support has meant everything to us. It’s clear they genuinely care about the kids they work with, and that makes all the difference. We are so grateful to be part of the Magical Moments family and highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and effective ABA services.

This company has been amazing to our family. We have the best RBT and BCBA, and our son is thriving under their care. We were originally with another company and our son was making little to no progress. These past 2 years with Magical Moments, we have seen so much growth, and our non verbal son is speaking more and more. We are always recommending them to other familys.

Magical Moments ABA delivers support with real care, consistency, and professionalism. The team communicates clearly, shows up on time, and builds a plan that actually fits the child instead of forcing a cookie cutter approach. The BCBA checks in often, guides the RBTs with purpose, and makes sure progress stays on track. The RBTs work with patience and genuine warmth, and they celebrate every win with us. I watched my child grow in communication, confidence, and daily skills, and I saw how much the team invested in that progress. They treat families with respect, they explain every step, and they always listen. I recommend Magical Moments ABA to any parent who wants a team that works hard, cares deeply, and delivers real results.

ABA Services Across In-home ABA Therapy

    In-Home ABA Therapy

    In-Home ABA Therapy

Therapy delivered in your home where your child is most comfortable. Our In-home ABA Therapy-licensed BCBAs design programs focused on real skills - like teaching your child to ask for their favorite snack instead of grabbing, to play independently while you make dinner, or to get dressed without a battle every morning. Learning happens in the environment where they'll use these skills daily.

    How In-Home Sessions Work

    How In-Home Sessions Work

Each family works with a consistent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who delivers direct therapy, typically 2-4 sessions per week depending on your child's individualized plan. Your Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervises every case, observing sessions regularly, adjusting programs based on data, and providing ongoing parent coaching. Most families see their BCBA at least twice per month for observation and feedback sessions.

You're not asked to leave during therapy - in fact, parent involvement is encouraged. You'll see exactly what strategies we're using, practice them alongside your therapist, and learn how to maintain progress throughout the day. Sessions are flexible and adapt to your family's routine, whether that's morning before school, afternoon after school, or weekend hours.

    School-Based Support

    School-Based Support

We partner with In-home ABA Therapy schools to support classroom success - whether your child attends IPS, Carmel Clay, Hamilton Southeastern, or any other district. Our BCBAs attend IEP meetings, coordinate with teachers, and help with challenges like staying in their seat during circle time, transitioning between activities, or asking the teacher for help appropriately.

    Community-Based Learning

    Community-Based Learning

Real independence means thriving beyond home - at the In-home ABA Therapy Zoo without constant hand-holding, at the library without running through aisles, at restaurants without disrupting other diners. We provide therapy at parks, stores, and community events, teaching your child to navigate real-world situations with confidence.

Early Childhood Services (18 months - 5 years)

Early Childhood Services (18 months - 5 years)

Early intervention uses play-based strategies that look like fun but build critical foundations - requesting toys, imitating actions, following simple directions, playing alongside other children.

    In‑Clinic ABA Therapy

    In‑Clinic ABA Therapy

In‑clinic ABA therapy takes place in a structured, distraction‑reduced environment designed to support communication, social skills, early academics and daily routines. Children work with a consistent Registered Behavior Technician following an individualized treatment plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who observes sessions regularly, updates goals using data and provides ongoing parent coaching. The clinic setting offers clear structure, predictable routines and opportunities to practice skills with peers, and parents are always welcome to observe or participate during sessions.
